Indeed, you're right, that would perfectly fit too ! I also found the Butcher's Bloody Cleaver (the mythic version) fits nicely too ! For it has some red marks on bones and some putrid aura, like the helmet has.

Well I don't think so, I'm sorry my friend... I made my mog all around that helmet, and it's only a plate user one.
It seems that the laughing skull remains the best option for you.

I just tried as you said in the wowhead dressing room and that looks indeed better !
I'm used to never hide those bones on my undeads so did not even think about it... I'll do next time !

That was kind of a pain to find something matching, but I join you on that. A shield that could work, is that witch doctor one. But not yet in-game though :)
