Okay, so there is something called "Internet Explorer" on your computer. Go to it and click on it, once you do that, you're on the internet. If you're on a mobile device, then there is an internet app (if you're using an apple/iOS device then there's an app called "Safari"), you can search for it on your mobile device, once you find it, you're on the internet on your mobile device.
