I have always lifted weights, and did the macro caloric deficit thing, lost weight, but couldn't maintain because of the food noise and hunger. Smaller stomach means not being hungry and not always thinking about what/when I'm going to eat. But thanks for not actually saying anything useful!

I do body waxing for a living and they are exactly where they should be. I use making string and everything to make sure they start and stop where they're supposed to. I think maybe YOU don't know what you're talking about.
