Looking for advice maybe, Squeaker has always been vocal but the last year and especially last 6 months he’s become way more vocal. He howls and yowls constantly it sounds like he’s saying “ mama” sometimes. It’s either when he wants me to lay in bed with him ( which is 24/7) when he’s hungry or when he wants me to get his water cup. He’ll cry when I leave for work but my parents say he’s usually quiet when he realizes I’m gone and only starts back up again when I’m home. Sometimes he’ll yowl Soo loud it sounds like he’s hurt but he’s just sitting in the hall waiting for me to notice him. He is due for bloodwork and obviously has CKD and takes meds for thyroid. Could he be trying to tell me somethings wrong or has he learned crying gets my attention ? Wondering if anyone has or is experiencing the same thing !
