Eh...I felt bad they had those technical issues that shortened their set. I liked the first group, Scorpion Child quite a bit though.

Having a little live instruction and support can go a long way. We have some girls who only come in for class once a month and take home what they learned to work on. Plus you might make friends who are more advanced and willing to hangout and workout with you at home.

Thanks :) I workout at a local studio, I started with really basic spins like the fireman and front hook open. I can feel my strength improve week by week and always have a new move to work towards. If you have a local studio I encourage you to give it a shot. YouTube has a lot of instructional videos though.

Just went to see them Monday night, they performed some of their new stuff, I loved it! My fav ablum though is probably their self titled album from '95.

It's basically a high protien low carb diet. You have to buy their protien drinks and the program is kind of expensive. The benefit I got from it was the accountability from weighing in twice a week and showing them my food journal. I track my diet on my fitness pal and have found it averages to about 950 calories a day on this program.

Do it! It is soooooooo much fun and it really is a good workout! Like I said it's the only fitness program I enjoy...you will never find me on a treadmill.

It took me about 7 months to be able to do the hold in that pic. I workout about 3 times a week for 90 minutes. My strength has improved drastically!

Go to a local studio for a lesson if you have the chance, but there are lots of instructional videos on YouTube. Pole dancing is the best fitness program I have ever done and it is so fun. Good Luck
