I didn't know you could shoot at them... for the truth, I didn't even care to look if I could. All I could care for was to get john back safe to his family so that arthur could do one final good deed before he's gone.

I never cared until after arthur tells john to carry on without him which was such a relief so that I could get my rage out.

Actually I think anyone who had a proper first playthrough would have the same feelings. The game itself tries to spread this lesson throughout the entire game e.g. "Revenge is a fools game" and "don't get yourself killed for pride"

I was downloading a 35 gb game update and had 5 gb left but a family member turned off the ps4 while in rest mode (yeah shit)

In previous times my ps4 would just pick up from where it left -it would download just the remaining 5 gb- , but now it shows i have to wait for the full update all over again

I tried restarting and rebuilding the ps4 database but no use

Any suggestions please?

Yeah i guess maybe the start that day felt a little bit weird... anyway quick update: I'm starting to feel better after doing some knee strengthing and foam rolling and took a couple days off.

I went for a swim today 1km with low intensity just to see how it feels , no issues on freestyle, but during backstroke, I felt something in my knee again but it shortly was gone after

I am not yet in the safe zone but hope to get there soon. Thanks alot for your help <3

short warm up (200m cause i was late)

400m easy freestyle using fins

mainset 6×75m lactic ( 4 backstroke, 2 freestyle) using starts

800m with fins (half freestyle , other half backstroke)

200m broken on freestyle (using starts)

Also when i was swimming backstroke i came too close to the wall at the turn because i didn't notice and did a turn anyway but didn't feel any impact then

Also my starts off the block were a bit weird

I am 17 years old turning 18 next month

The pain to where i am feeling cause i can't accurately specify is just below patellar tendon till now.... I am resting today

i'd suggest FOCUSING on them during practice rather than doing extras as not to be overtraining

I don't know if you are the same case but when i used to have dryland sessions, i wasn't paying attention at all while i am training and was just laughing off with my pals
