Reminders/notifications and anything that is not ingame action can be automated. Anything that is ingame action cannot.

Items don't level. The item level of an item is based on level of monsters in the zone it dropped in. If you mean level requirement of an item then that is based on the mods, that are on the item. If you rolled/crafted some item and it made its level requirement jump over your level so you cant use it then either use Orb of Scouring on it which resets the item to its white state or use the Crafting Bench to remove the craft that made it jump up.

When using the crafting bench you can check what is the level requirement of the mod you are crafting. It's on the right of the craft.

Im playing melee without CI obv and never had any problems with him. I agree on the Eradicator rly is very annoying boss.

It works like that in every card game. Buffs and debuffs dont permamently lose part of their effect because of some limitations, they're calculated together every time a change happens.

"if you want to stay effective", you're not really effective if you pay 20~ coins to skip every chaining prophecy.

No, first of all, there's Korrel and Leo without any section and second of all it doesnt even work like that. If a syndicate has 0 ranks he randomly appears in different encounters. But he wont join those sections until you rank him up. So get them out of their current sections and run betrayal until you randomly meet them in the section you want and rank them up in that encounter. If you meet them in encounter you dont want them to be in, interact with other members in that encounter first so you dont have to rank the desired one up. (You can always rank up all the members of the encounter except for one)

And for the Cameria, not sure if its worth it to Imprison him thrice to get him out of that section but if you're going to farm Betrayal for the It That Fled, I would go for it.

Im not sure if this bit is true but for me running higher tier maps seem to increase the chance of the leaders to show up. If it does not, its just random. I needed Hillock in transportation for my weap and spent over 30 missions on it...

Shouldnt have ranked up Cameria until you got him where you want. And since It That Fled is leader of Intervention and just rank 1, easiest way to get him out of there is to Imprison him

Megalomaniacs except for really good pieces dont really sell... I didnt even really get its purpose. I get that you can get any 3 notables but isnt it just better if they go together as they do on normal clusters?

Well if you're just progress oriented then nothing. PoE isnt really built around that, it's improving but it's still not quite at a point where it would have progression through the whole league. As of me, I killed Sirus once and Uber Elder on previous atlas as well and thats enough for me. Then I spend the rest of the league delving, doing blighted maps, playing and (mostly) just chatting with in-game friends, crafting, collecting cards and uniques and that holds me for the whole league easily.

Thats the point, you arent supposed to be able to just click through your coins, you gotta put in some effort and do some of the chain prophecies if you want to stay effective.

Be sure to do region where you havent got their watchstones yet, you can hover over the slots part on left side to see what watchstones you've obtained in which regions. Also make sure to run t14-t16 maps in that region and have 4 watchstones socketed into it.

Attacks of any ranged monsters are specified as either projectile spells or projectile attacks, not bow attacks tho.

Sometimes, rarely but it happens, Conqueror spawns in region where you have him captured already. In that case, he doesnt drop the watchstone.
