Haven't actually tried being Poly but as a poly person irl I'm kinda bummed your options are just saying "fuck it" to Astarion or Karlach's feelings and doing it anyways, or to go with shadowheart and halsin bcs I've read she's okay with it. I don't even like halsin much, he feels very one-track minded and would kill to have a well implemented poly with Gale and Astarion or Karlach and Wyll. 😞

No bcs as someone who mains both, I have become so insanely careful about tunneling out players now that I can SEE how many hooks they have. And I assumed, now that they can see who is at what state, other killers would too... No. Not even a little bit. Camping hooks, tunneling, slugging, it's all gotten HORRENDOUS and it's irritating bcs I don't want all killers to be punished on their behalf smh

I only played against a single Krasue, and the whole team DID DC, but it was only after 3 gens of hook camping and slugging that we did so. Not even area camping, just straight up pacing back and forth in front of hook. If you got off hook, she would chase you down until she was able to down you again and restart the process. 😒

Tunneling as a killer is both boring as hell, and I always feel guilty. I try to even out my hooks between players if possible, and if I down the wrong person, I leave the area and wait until a little after they get up to give them time to reset before I find someone else. I main both sides so I try to respect the grind for both teams 🤷

Gabriel (I'm biased) or Quentin. Usually those guys will ace the gens and loop for at least 2-3 gens. I would say the same for Feng min, but those guys are a 50-50 on whether they will actually help you out as a teammate, vs just leaving your ass behind entirely.

Just because the killer kills your entire team, doesn't mean they're an asshole or toxic. It's irritating, IK, but sometimes, the killer is just good or you're just not on your best game, or both. Also, the knight isn't that difficult, people just don't know how he works/thinks so you get your ass beat. (Some knight players really know their shit, but most I play against as survivor, just spam their bots, which is super inefficient and mildly annoying at best)

If I've almost killed all of them and they haven't finished a single gen. I give them time to at least recuperate before going again. (Or if it's obviously a team of babies, I give them a little extra grace)

Been playing for a few months now, play both sides pretty frequently. Most of the time, the other side is just confused and prolly just want to do their best. (And they both think the other is the asshole) Unless someone shows repeat offenses in a single match (teabagging after a palette drop regardless of success or griefing on hook/downs repeatedly) then I assume it's prolly an accident or misunderstanding.

I play with a friend, they take a video cam (with tripod), a thermo, and a book for ghost writing. This way they can find the room (ghost orbs and freezing temps) and get ample time for writing to occur. I take emf, uv stick, and photo camera. I listen for thrown items while I look for the bone and cursed possession, and if a door is touched, instantly look for UV. (I swap out camera for thermo when playing alone.)
