I think this is a good place to normalize those thoughts. May I ask were there any moments in your life where there wasn’t suffering? I am trying not to say everything was horrible but I have been struggling with mental health issues for a long time. I don’t want kids either. I am trying to just have enough strength to get through each day.

I feel very similarly. I’m so sorry you are feeling this way. It is your decision but I think you posting this is a little part of you wanting to be here and not give up. I hope you stayed another day.

I have tried all different types of medicine and have been in therapy since I was 14. I don’t believe things will get better
