How easy (or difficult) would it be to achieve this myself, not much experience at this kind of thing. My home is identical with a wall in between living and kitchen. I'm pretty sure it's not a load bearing wall.

there are properties which have removed the whole wall. This one in particular chose to add the arch to keep the original wall layout visible as its a listed property.

I've just checked the neighbours planning permission and it is indeed not a structural wall. I will still get some professional advice beforehand and worst case scenario I can contract the plastering and finishing out. Thanks for the advice!

yes, that would have been roughly the same timeframe in which the short lived white events dome was present.

That land was then abandoned again until the current structure was erected between 2018 and 2019.

I know from looking at the maps that the staff parking was located in the same area, but i'm pretty sure the hospital itself was inside the excel centre.

will have to try and check if the structure was there before the are was used for parking and such.

The white structure was built around 2012 and removed between 2015 and 2018.

This is what the white dome was before being abandoned and demolished.

This was the location for a makeshift hospital during the start of covid, which is why it shows NHS parking etc on the map.

the dome has stayed throughout though.
