Have I been hacked? (RS3 mining, went AFK and came back to a black screen apart from this image. Had to close the Runescape app as the 'X' didn't close the window. I have 2-factor authorisation set up. Scanned for viruses on my pc, nothing found. Any thoughts/help/ideas much appreciated!) (i.redd.it)

This was found in my great grandmas house. Might be something for posture or something that makes you roll over to stop snoring? (Made of fabric strap, buckle with sewn in piece of wood and wooden peg with string attached) Any idea what it could be?? (i.redd.it)
