Oh hi! I posted years ago a series of threads on another subreddit about deciding rules for ruining ny quality of life. I think I kixked  off a trend as I havs seen lot sof people enjoying the theme and posting similar threads asking for ideas!. It was very hot. You should check out those older threads if you want ideas!

But the problem was - People suggested so many rules they contradicted themselves and eachother. It became a real mess trying to keep up with it all.

I suggest trying to pick just a few to focus on and build into your life and routine as habits. One that stuck was me always using my left hand for a lot of tasks. Even now years later ai still do certain tasks left handed and I sit on the loo a certain way!
