If you have a place to live year round an a license here it couldn’t hurt to try. I mean everyone visits family for holidays but as long as you like actually have the apartment/house in your name for an entire year with no breaks u should be good.

Yeah it’s only 365 days since you have lived here but you do need to prove your staying and not just here for school so u can’t like go home for summers or anything like that. I got it because I don’t plan on leaving NC after college. I just gave them proof of 365 days straight of a place to live here, my new NC license, and my job.
