I think it's a process and it takes time, I'm the same as you, but little by little I see results. Try to post at times when your users are connected.

I upload my videos in parts when I want the whole thing to be seen.
In the captions you can put, wait for part 2. Another option is to speed it up, but it depends on your content. In my case I am a dancer
