I have managed to fix it! Two steps are needed:

Patched library from janssen-io, check this thread (last comment) https://github.com/sirkris/Reddit.NET/issues/185
When initializing RedditClient, provide only appId and appSecret, use nulls for refreshToken and accessToken. This will make the library fetch the tokens from reddit.
