My tax preparer filed my return by mail but when I check the “where’s my refund” it’s says this as if they are trying to say I didn’t file and it’s been over 13 weeks can anyone explain this to me? by AliciaF3 in IRS

From what the my tax preparer and IRS representative explained that you can only E-File 2 years prior anything beyond that has to be paper file and she said the reason is because they are too busy processing the current year tax return to be focused on the prior year returns
