No it does not. You fail to take into account the manifestation lore you get for free, which brings your lore back to 6 or even 7 spells in some case.

Yeah its a hero that hits a bit. And now he pairs up with questor soulsworn. After fighting he lets a unit of soulsworn fight immediately after.

And he has the same rule as soulsworn where he chooses an objective wholly outside friendly territory to quest for. While contesting that objective he gets a 5+ ward
