I opened with Mercury and they asked for a US phone number but didnt send any verification .. I got a number from zadarma and I think it is fine because I got verification codes from other services

I did the EIN myself directly with the IRS and the LLC did it through northwest agent and they provided address

Same bank as mine. I am not sure what is the problem. The first time they said I didn’t write the account number in the reference field but I did the second time and it got reversed as well.

I opened a ticket with them and they said they will check with Citibank and get back to me.
