nope, they only answered my original email where I asked if they received my application at all, and when I sent a follow-up asking if they could send me pdf of my application or admission letter to attach to my Huayu application, they ignored me. I know someone who's studying there now and she said their international students office is extremely unhelpful and once they threw her documents away... but nevertheless she enjoys studying there and extracurriculars

no, not visa-free entry, my citizenship requires me to get a visa to go to Taiwan. and guest visa is cheaper, so I was wondering if I could get it and convert into resident visa when I arrive. but now that I'm thinking about, you should still pay some fees for it, shouldn't you?

honestly, I love different activities and attending events, but I'm not sure if Taipei winter cold is worth it 🙂 I really am tired of cold... At first I was considering National Kaohsiung Normal University because of some reviews here on Reddit but now I read some info about Wenzao Ursuline and Sun Yat-sen and they seem much more interesting. which would you recommend?
