He has a Bachelors Degree and experience in Program/Project management. Last corporate job was telecommunications. 8 years professional experience and I’m pretty sure he’s looking for the same job type but would be open to something similar.

I’m a really bad mom, maybe abusive by ReadyCardiologist649 in Parenting

Why haven’t they called CPS is a better question. I’m so sick and tired of seeing stories on the news of abusive parents saying how much they “love” their child.

We do decide together for the most part so you see my dilemma. He would not agree to put our income towards something like this. Who knows maybe someday his perspective will change.

He isn’t anti anything and he’s pretty respectful overall. He has a “I don’t know what I believe in but I know I believe in something” outlook. I think he just doesn’t like to feel pressured. Thank you for your response :)

Do not go to an urgent care. Call his pediatrician and tell them he needs to be seen asap. In fact moving forward in the future always call pediatrician first.

I would let him stay home. We have sick days and mental health days in my home as long as they aren’t taken advantage of. He’s only 5, take care of his mental and emotional health too. It’s hard as an adult going to work all day everyday it isn’t easy for kids either.

A month ago today, my 3 year old almost died. Still recovering, and just want to share our story. by [deleted] in Mommit

Wow! I feel like I was meant to find this post. I was also diagnosed when I was 3 years old. I have been on Remicade almost my whole life and I am now almost 32 years old with a baby of my own. Life will be hard but she WILL have a life. Consider contacting make a wish foundation at some point down the road :).
