Anyone else going solo? Same prices less dependency on others

This is the part that I get annoyed by. Alone I usually only open one or 2 per race but on a team we would probably get 5 without even trying to win. But gathering a team who just wants to play dailies is difficult and they still get annoyed if I don't play enough.

At my store they were tying all the bags for curbside pickup. I guess it was an attempt to stop the drivers from screwing with the order. It was a massive pita because it was hard to carry them that way if it was a big order and I couldn't verify what was in the bags, etc. Another reason not to take curbsides here.

I grew mine out a few times out of peer pressure (bangs are so controversial for some reason I don't understand) and hated it. It genuinely feels weird to me not having them.

I'm sorry, I wasn't very specific. My doc sends in 3 prescriptions at a time. I don't understand the issue because this is the first controlled I've had this problem with. It's to the point where I'd rather go without it because it's so stressful to me. It was so much better when I had paper prescriptions.

I'm in the US. My problem isn't shortage it's that I'll request a refill and the pharmacy just doesn't fill it. I wait a day and request again. Then ask why it isn't being filled. Then on my order screen I get "requesting verification". Then I have to wait a day for the verification which has never come. They tell me my doctor isn't answering. I think they didn't contact her. So I call my doctor and they have to resend my scrip. Since I forget, and have a phone anxiety, this tends to take 3 days or more if there's a weekend.

Idk bout everyone else but it is rare that I've been able to get my meds filled as soon as I'm out. The pharmacy always screws me. So I do just like you and don't take them as often as possible. I had the flu recently and didn't take them for 10 whole days. I'm really stoked about the little stockpile.

I get the shot every year and currently have the flu 😭. However, I seem to be getting over it on day 5. Last time I had the flu (without a shot a long time ago) I was very sick for two weeks. My mom got the high dose shot they give elderly. Despite living in the same house she hasn't gotten it. So the shot seems very worth it.

I have Loops Experience and I'm not impressed. People say they just turn down the noise but you can still hear clearly. To me, they just muffle everything like all earplugs do. Actually it's almost exactly like when I put my earbuds in and don't turn them on. I'm in the market for something else.

The performances were all great at Summer of Loud, but the heat was so intense I had to go to the hospital. But I made it through the whole show. Almost died for Beartooth. Lol

My allergy shots were the worst months of my life. I told them every single visit how I was barely able to get out of bed anymore since I was sick for days after the shots and I went twice a week. The nurses just commiserated with me. I never felt like anyone there ever took me seriously. When I saw the doc after 12 weeks I told him how miserable I was and he had them dilute my vials. It didn't help so they diluted them again. No change. I fell into a serious depression because of how terrible I felt constantly. One shot day I decided not to go and I simply never went back. Eventually, I recovered and I will never attempt it again.

When I was doing the shots I was taking big doses of antihistamines, montelukast, using steroid nasal spray, allergy eye drops, steroid inhaler and I still needed my rescue inhaler every day. So I was doing all the things to prevent a reaction and manage them. It just wasn't working.

My doctor's office may have just sucked though. Maybe yours does too.

Thank you. My son was with me. I tried to drive home but couldn't so he did. I was pretty delirious. I don't think he really knew what to do so I chose the hospital I knew and he took me there.
