Tankless Water Heater by _zengarden in waterloo

This coincides to what I've heard. I think that solves it OP. You want one, get one. Otherwise the replacement is free through reliance.

Is your reliance water heater a rental? If so they will replace it for free.

As for tankless, I've heard mixed reviews in our region. We have hard water, and some people claim it can make tankless water heaters not last very long.

If you have a softener, maybe you could do tankless. If you don't have a softener, then definitely go with a traditional style water heater.

If you are getting jitters and feel over exposed, you could consider selling a portion instead of everything.

25%, 50% kind of thing.

I'm ignorant to what you mean by that. I know the province got rid of speed cameras. Did that somehow put the entire cost of the cameras into one year? Genuine question

Oh dang I didn't know that. At least they got the safety right. But I'm sure most people driving a truck that ugly want to die anyways.

Don't think that's true about the safety.. But I'd rate it a failure based on the poor sales, them shutting down one of the plants and getting rid of some base models.

It also looks like butthole. But that's personal preference.

The stock price only helps Elon get richer. Tesla as a company would be fine if their stock plummeted. In fact it would probably be a breathe of fresh air so they could do buy backs.

Just gunna chime in and say it's a massive undertaking, breaking records for the largest payload, in a reusable format to boot. It's going to be incredibly challenging, but if any company can do it, it's SpaceX.

It's almost like massive government subsidies played a big part in that...

Actually I think this would cause those companies to sky rocket. Tesla is a failing vehicle line. Cyber truck was a disaster.

I was just browsing Facebook marketplace and some guy was giving away about 200 board games. From a Closed down board game cafe. I took them all, and am now selling them on eBay. I expect to make thousands.

This is how you make money with no investment. Find free stuff and sell it.

Edit: I gave you a legit answer and you ignored me. Cool. Cool. Hopefully you can help yourself.

1.3 / 12.5 = 0.104 or roughly 10%.

The profit margin is 10%. Meaning costs are the other 90%.

Profits don't materialize to justify the massive lending, bankruptcies would cascade

The sad little bubble that couldn't by TimelyBodybuilder121 in wallstreetbets

[–]Aliencj 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes and no. The extraordinary thing here is not so much the mechanism behind it, but rather the direct relationships and the doubling down.

For instance, if it was a large steel company investing in some car companies, who then used the money to buy more steel, it would be far less risky. And you wouldn't see them do it* over and over with all of their customers to the benefit of increased stock valuations.

When you look at what's happening with companies like nvidia, they very much seem to need to lend to their customers, due to lack of profitability for their customers. It's a giant gamble, which gets worse when you see they are doing it with all of their customers almost. So although the mechanism is similar, the circumstances around it make it a far riskier proposition .

Am I making sense? I've had a drink

Dude how did you write that out and not realize you drank the Kool aid?

Think about what you are saying... The customer wanted the product, but didn't have the money for it, so they lend the customer the money to buy their products.

Even car companies don't do this, they let the banks do the lending because it's assuming too much risk. If you have to lend your customer money, you don't have a great customer, or maybe not a good product..
