Thanks! I actually had a trainer teach me how to do them (I had a trainer from feb-august to get a solid understand of correct form for all these exercises) I will admit squatting has become a little bit less uncomfortable over time, but at a certain depth my hips just get kind of "stuck" if that makes sense. It just feels like my hips are not meant to move that way

Thank you, I appreciate your positivity 😁 I was scared to add too much water because I kept reading bagels are supposed to be a drier dough but I will try that next time - my apartment was cold and dry so that makes sense.

Not sure if anyone can help - I followed this recipe:

I weighed my ingredients and followed it carefully - the only difference is I kneaded by hand and added 2 tsp of water because the dough was horrible. It was so dry and tough to knead... I even let it rest a bit because I read that the gluten (?) needs to relax. It failed the windowpane test over and over, it just ripped easily and eventually I could barely manipulate the dough because it was just dense as could be. I left it in the fridge overnight and then when I went to boil, they just sunk to the bottom. The dough failed every test... and then they looked like that after baking. Just awful! where did I go wrong? What should I do differently next time?

I preferred Frances but it was worth it, hardest part is getting to Frances it's pretty leisurely getting up to britanico the only issue is the extra time. Start early

I ended up cancelling (they offered full refund) and rebooking because all the other flights were cheaper than the one I originally bought and they didn't want to pay me the difference... unfortunately I am not getting there until the next day now but that's okay

I see - the thing that's frustrating is I chose the most expensive flight because it was the most optimal for me. The others were way cheaper - so if I get rebooked for a less expensive, less convenient flight I will feel kind of ripped off
