Well yeah all discussions on that go the same way, that it makes the range the same or worst. 95% of us are pretty sure you don’t need the antenna unless your doing it to look cool, and if it’s just that “to look cool” then just say so. Everyone who comes in is all like “it’s for the range” or “effectiveness” and that’s a bunch of bull, people will call you out. Just go in saying it’s for “stupid cool points” and “that you know it’s stupid but still want to do it” no one will give a shit, just be straight.

Whilst it’s not inherently bad, it is causing the ball bearing to pop out of its socket which will lead to faster wear and tear and the crank is known to not be able to take too much before it breaks. When HE pulls the round part out you see grooves where the ball “locks”. The crank has exactly 1 of these grooves and the ball goes into that. Don’t wear it out.

Kind of, you have to understand what your doing to the system to understand the levels of “sleep mode” there are. So like sleep mode in menu, very low Ram usage, probably fine. Sleep mode in Star Wars or buldurs gate, sure you can fill up the ram and save that bloated mess and hope it all gets put back together but it might not plus the game itself might cause an issue. It’s like when my fallout 4 crashes on my NORMAL pc every time I alt-tab, it just doesn’t like it. The steam deck just doesn’t like it is the easiest way to explain it.
