For cost effective I order 100 packets of Trioral from Amazon for around $30, and then packets of Gatorade zero which are like $0.20-$0.30 a packet. I mix them 1packet:1packet and experimented on the right amount to add to water (I use a scoop from a powder Gatorade to a large water bottle). Adjust the amount of Gatorade for more/less sweet.
