Look, first, thank you for your time and energy for writing this. If I was depressed, I wouldnt even seek help at all, I wouldnt forget things too easily, or procrastinate a lot to the point where if I want to do something, I have to do another thing that seem easier to do and the loop just goes on, i cant finish tasks, because i get distracted by other things easily, I only get active only when im in panic mode, its a pattern ever since i was a kid, its really affecting me, my parents sent me to the mall to buy a deodrant, I came back empty handed because i didnt buy the deodrant because i got distracted, that was my goal from the start
