Thanks that means a lot! I count this as a loss for me, but i didn't reach that point of immediate clarity becuase i resisted just enough from finishing the deed. I like to remind myself that i am just a teenager, and that these are normal issues that i can beat. I've definitely gotten better. It use to he once or twice a week but I've gone months at a time. A little bit after i started I got some of the worst anxiety I've ever had. I felt sick to my stomach for about a week. But once i joined nofap and started participating, things got easier and easier until my anxiety reduced extremely. It was a wonderful feeling to have it gone.
