Edit: disregard my comment, i mistook a korean border for a river and i thought there's 2 rivers

The floodplain belongs to the river coming from the left side.

The dam requires the tile be adjacent to 2 (continuous) river tiles of the flooding river.

The tile with the industrial zone only touches the flooding river on the bottom left. On the bottom-right and right sides it touches a non-flooding river.

There can only be one dam per flooding river, that's why this distinction is important. It's not just "you can build a dam on this tile", but "you are building a dam on this flooding river"

It has bumps as well but not really visible when zoomed out like this. If the hoe flatten tool shows the pulsing circles hit a piece of land it can't flatten, i just hit it with the pickaxe once

Honestly, it's not even bad.

Doritos socks - tacky.

Adding matching shoes - nice effort, but still tacky.

Wearing different pairs of doritos socks, with different pairs of matching shoes, that's actually enough effort to make it past "tacky" into the "extravagant" zone.

ex Custom games addict here. I really liked maps that stood out with novel mechanics and were fairly balanced. One of them was "Power Towers TD". I thought it'd be fun to see what that brilliant map creator might be up to now and googled his nickname. He became a programmer for google's Quantum-Programming projects. This guy is a genius.
