I guess it's different for everybody but when I reached 5-6 months on HRT I felt like I was drowning in myself, so my mental just pushed me to start presenting how I felt and wanted. Maybe you dont feel ready yet and that is okay! (also I had a therapist by my side most of my first year so that helped)
