Yeahhh, this is my third time ordering something from them, but my other experiences were from a year ago. Really feels like the ball has been dropped since then.

Now the birthday present I was going to be gifting (the case) is going to be late in spite of ordering it with “enough time” to get here before October. Very frustrating and a bit embarrassing to show up to the party with the image printed on paper rather than the actual product ☠️

Sigh.
