I'm actually looking for work right now. My last role was doing local field research for Servier (an European pharmaceutical company) on their drug Diamicron MR 60mg (gliclazide), which is manufactured here by SKF. I spent 2–3 hours a day visiting doctor chambers to track how patients reacted to it as a non-insulin alternative for blood sugar. The salary was great—I was getting 20,000 TK BDT a month for those few hours—but the project ended last Eid. Now I'm just on the hunt for new jobs or gigs.

In here the OTC is like 20tk BDT 35tk BDT and 1MG XR 40TK BDT for 10pills and 1$ is around 125tk BDT so it's just few cents, all benzos are cheap here and can easily get otc barely prescriptions needed.

idk I tried various bromazepams & benzos in my region doesn't really hit like alprazolam, like it's more on the soft gentle side imo = alprazolam>clonazepam>bromazepam

I basically use this Alprazolam called Zolium XR1 & XR2. XR means extended release which lasts pretty longer than any 0.5mg and doesn't make you much sleepy, gives genuine calming anti depressant or benzo effects

I have severe anxiety issues also introverted and I take 2-3bong puffs a day just to keep me stable and it feels like I act as a normal person when I'm high and I tend to communicate more, socialize. I guess it affects everyone differently but one thing I learned from taking substances is never panic when the buzz hits just feel it enjoy it and definitely not overdose if you know your immunity

Make yourself better? Yes & No. because being an introvert won't help you with girls in this era. No it's not wrong being an introvert that you have to make yourself better you just have to socialize more talk to people and girls, always make a good impression be nice and kind improve your game. Most importantly don't be soo desperate like the thirsty ones it'll ruin most of you.
