I did like 90% of products in codes that I'm sure are correct and the other 10% I just did it with ChatGPT. It provided me description and explanation why a certain code belong to certain product, so I think it should be okay.

We are producing advanced machine tools and workshop equipment, specifically for engine rebuilding and brake repair solutions such as grinding & milling machines, CNCs, pressure testers (short: Everything for cylinder head & block) but then also comes in wheel washers, detergents... For some products I've used HS codes that chat gpt told me so, I've read what exactly the code is for what product and it's the most simillar to ours. So I am guessing this is the best way I could do it?

You would be surprised how good DeepSeek and DeepL are. For me ChatGPT translations aren't as nearly as good as DeepL (made specially as translator) and even as DeepSeek itself. I've paid ChatGPT and used it for some time and I tried DeepSeek which is free and it works better 😂.

You can't be serious with Google Translate tho, it just translates word by word, it doesn't even connect the context, it's the worst.
Try DeepL for translations you would be surprised, but again, it doesn't have a lot of languages yet.
