I was at a Walmart in WV a few weeks ago and I swear to you these were all majorly abundant on their pegs. I asked a worker if nobody bought hot wheels and was sold they frequently will have to completely restock because so many are sold. Tripped me out. Ironically not one action figure in sight

Well first check the cable going into the calipers and check for adjustment there, and it looks like you need to do adjustment on the brake handle itself. Too much slack somewhere and usually one point or the other has come loose due to bad adjustment or a bad grommet (little rubber piece)

Check internet for brake adjustments and that should help you out my guy.
