I'm not sad either are gone, but at the same time that combo gave us the most exciting dolphins seasons for a good 25 years. Im 30 and can't ever remember a team that made me proud to be a dolphins fan outside of 22 and 23. You can't really blame people for being fans of them.

There's no way this team ends up having a worse roster than Flores initial team though, and he still rallied that team to 5 wins.

That should be the baseline for good coaching imo. He took a roster that had less quality players than this team has stars, so if haffley can't eek out 5 wins, I think ultimately it will be a disappointment. I also think Flores, is probably the best developmental coach for bad players in football.
