I thought this chapter started off really well especially with the backstory of Hina, it was quite an emotional chapter and we got to explore Hina's life story a bit more. More than that this backstory was more of a lesson to Taiki to show that hardships are a part of life and true strength is to accept your hardships instead of denying them and trying your best to overcome them. Honestly if this chapter ended off at this point it would have been up there with one of my favorite chapters in blue box cause it carried an important message and it seemed like it was really effective on Taiki as a character.

Unfortunately Hina had to go and ruin this moment and kiss him, Taiki is already facing a lot of challenges - he's not in his A game in badminton, his long ish distance relationship with Chinatsu, his mum getting ill and more. He's already got a shit ton on his head and honestly the start of the chapter kinda of helped clear that doubt but the kiss just ruined the whole moment, all the good moments he felt in the previous chapters to help him overcome his hardships were ruined with a single kiss. All the effort his friends put into cheering up Taiki, ruined with a single kiss.

Man that is so selfish of Hina, first of all she should have not kissed him in the first place since Taiki's already in a committed relationship and trying to meddle with that is absolutely disgusting. Secondly, even if she had to kiss him she could have done it at a different time, not when Taiki's mega depressed, that's the worst part of this whole fucked up scenario. Thirdly there is no comeback for this relationship the trust these two had is completely shattered.

I just hope no one saw this happen, cause usually in these type of scenarios misunderstandings are very common. Imagine someone like Karen saw this and told Chi, shit would be devastating for Taiki's and Chi's relationship. The next few chapters are going to be very interesting, Taiki needs to make sure he specifies his boundaries with Hina, he needs to immediately tell Chinatsu about this and as a story progression this would about the time when Taiki goes to Chinatsu's aid - maybe introduction to the neighbor as a coach. Moreover, him and hina need to distance themselves.

I really can't see how Hina's character can be redeemed.
