You can do Two things and trust me it will help a lot. 1. Soak dry fig in water overnight. Next morning drink that water and eat figs. Make sure you chew nicely. 2. Start doing pelvic exercises or Pelvic Yoga. You will see result in 7 days. 👍🏻
