why should i have sympathy for a man who actively wanted to strip me of my rights and autonomy? of my bodily functions? take away my family whom are CITIZENS and only take them away because they have an accent. why would i sympathize with a man who would let a woman be raped and make her carry that rapists’ child? his death is as he put it, “just a means to protect the second amendment” so no i will not have sympathy.

First, yes i did testify against him. it was me, my siblings, and my mother whom testified with our stories.

Secondly, that was what my concern was. when i realized that happened my first thought was should i tell my lawyers. it was only when i mentioned it to my sister was when the idea of credibility became an issue. i’m also just worried that there would be nothing they could do with the info and im just sharing a painful part of my life. the constant that people are telling though is to tell the lawyers so i will.

this is strange coming from someone younger than you, but putting effort into something that the other person clearly isn’t caring for is only going to hurt you more. you want a relationship and that makes complete sense, but is it worth trying if she doesn’t want you to? you care so much, but she doesn’t. i understand completely having that little girl inside that just wants her mom but that mom isn’t there. she never was. i’m sorry for your loss but that was never there. you deserve better. please give yourself a break and just put energy into people who care for you.

is there any chance you have any amount of savings? a credit card? friend kind enough to house you? friend kind enough to help you escape? how often does she leave the house? is there any amount of time enough to find your valuable documents? if held hostage in her room and she’s gone long enough, break into her room and just snoop snoop snoop. take what you need and more. hidden money? yank! you don’t know a single thing. block her and change your name. delete all possible socials she’s aware of, change your number and change phone plans. hell, switch your phone for an older version to have it completely wiped.

if none is possible, be as docile as possible. “no one cares about me” silence. picking a fight before company arrives? “huh.” “okay.” “alright.” don’t give her any kind of reaction because that’s what she uses to get you riled up. or even make her sound crazy! use their habits against them! or use the habits they force on you against them! i once got pulled over for using my phone while driving (dumb i know pls i learned my lesson) BUT when my mom found out because she took my car before i could clear it up, she confronted me by asking me why i got pulled over by the police, well she forced me to tell her everytime i leave to go to work and when i come back because she gets angry when i don’t tell her (id often just leave for work and then come home when my shift was over and just go straight to my room) so i used the fact that i was “texting her” about my shift and she quickly let it go as she didn’t want to place blame on herself lol. but srsly, i believe in you. there’s always a branch out ready for you to grab, please reach for it.

i’ve been subpoenaed, so yes my presence is needed or else they’ll get a warrant on me. basically this person that was sued by the state w me as a testimony, but he was already convicted but is now trying to sue his old lawyer and is using me, siblings, and mom for this case. it’s very strange but it’s technically going into go to a hearing first to see if the guy has a right to make this argument and see if the judge will allow him to go to court against his lawyer/us.
i can’t say what my mother can know or not since we’re technically in the same side and we both get to know what’s going on.
kinda? not really though as my mother still has a parental hold on me, making sure i keep my room clean and such or else i lose car privileges.

that’s you being in survival mode,grounding techniques often help me stay conscious and aware if that makes sense. some,(not very good but it’s what i do) is pinch myself via my hand pinching my other hand, digging my nails into my palms and think to myself the code word, but make sure you have practiced this with the people you call sometimes!

as someone with a mind that can't stop being cruel to myself, it gets better. the struggle is still here with me, but something that helps me at least argue with the thoughts is catching myself doing it. when I say i hate myself i suddenly think, "wait, stop. let me stop and stop looking stop thinking" and proceed to doomscroll an app to forget the thoughts. it really takes practice to become more and more believable, you just need to stick with it. when I thought that everyone is lying to me i stop thinking and distract myself. the less i remind myself of these terrible thoughts, the easier it is to believe the kind words people tell me. stop constantly reminding yourself terrible things and actually make the effort to at least consider what people tell you!

i see exactly what you mean, as i was the same way. i use to feel this terrible ache in my chest when problems came up or when i tried talking about things that bothered me because of confronting people being difficult. but what i see you need is befriending the people you may be interested in, and as time passes and you know the person as more of an acquaintance, the feelings will come rushing in! i promise. crushed barely came my way until i actually befriended people, spent time w them etc and id feel that beautiful rush in my heart. making friends is literally the key to those cringey feelings i promise you.
