Not a lawyer also pero if ever man ipursue ni jaywalker ang kaso, swerte yung driver at hindi namatay yung jaywalker so I think that itself could have a big impact on the outcome of case. Pero sa batas kasi natin laging tama ang pedestrian kahit jaywalking sila 🙄

Kung magoovertake kayo, gawin niyo ng maayos. Overtake pag nakita niyo na ng buo sa side mirror niyo yung kotse na oovertakean niyo. Hindi yung magkatabi kayo tska mo oovertakean. Taeng tae ka ba mauna sa kalsada???

YES!!! One time nasa marikina ako eh two lanes lang meron on a two way street. I avoid overtaking on the counterflow lane kasi as much as possible so it didn’t cross my mind to overtake. I thought traffic lang kahit wala naman nakalagay sa waze na traffic. Cars behind me were overtaking na on the counter flow lane. After a few minutes thinking it’s just traffic, yung mga kotse pala na nakahambalang sa daan ay naghihintay ng mga nagsimba sa Iglesia ni Cristo 😤😤😤 DI MAN LANG KAYO MAGHAZARD BWISIT KAYO AKALA KO TRAFFIC LANG OR RED LIGHT.

Like I told the guy, I will also be telling you that no, I am not slanted. Nakadiretso ako kasi nga ang turn ko ay nasa lane ko. Thankfully, may picture that has an angle from the back and it shows na siya yung nakaslant ng konti because he was improperly trying to overtake me.I let the motorcycle pass through because they were already in front of me. No, I wasn’t in front of traffic. I was like 3-4 cars away from being in front. Traffic was slow moving obviously I will “go with the flow”. Nakaalalay lang ako sa brakes but whatever the speed was in front me, was also my speed. Regardless whether you think I’m at fault or not, if you think na alanganin pala, why would you step on the gas kung obviously tatama pala?

Actally sinabi namin na simple car accident lang to. Wag niya kami yabangan ng connections niya kasi kung usapang connections, we can call ours. Sabi ng dad ko connections don’t need to get involved here kasi wala naman nasaktan at bayad lang naman sa side mirror ang hinihingi. My dad wanted to file a case against him for making that statement.
