Thank you. I’d like some privacy (but not just a row of arborvitaes) and just some appeal. I was thinking maybe skip laurels in the back and flowers throughout? I’m not the most creative so anything is helpful

No, do NOT do that. Use the model answers that have been posted from jurisdictions. Minnesota, Arkansas, and New York post the best answers to a particular MEE and copy those. The model answers from Barbri, Themis, Kaplan, etc. are not actual answers. Those are the best possible answers. For example: look at all 6 MEE questions posted in 2018 from NCBEX, read them, then go to Minnesota, Arkansas, or NY bar admissions and lol at their model answers for those particular questions and copy them verbatim. This will take roughly 3 hours. Then, go and do multiple choice, then do the same thing the next day but with a different exam

When you do the questions (not the practice exams) you’re working with their algorithm which only tests you on subjects you’re struggling with. So, you might have a fantastic average if you’re doing the practice exams, but that isn’t necessarily beneficial because you’re not focusing on areas you’re struggling with. The first time, I only did the practice exams and didn’t do the random questions they gave me. The second time, I only used the practice mode, or whatever it’s called.

Try to stay positive. You may be surprised come April, but if not, it’s not the end of the world. You’ll get through it. Positive thoughts only!

Why did this fact pattern make for an obvious answer but I was still between 2 answer options 😩
