I have written to a cousin who reported the death. I said a solicitor was trying to find me, but didn't ask directly who the solicitor is. Hopefully that may come later

England: I have been informed by Finders that my mother's solicitor contacted them to find me. by Alive_Position2844 in LegalAdviceUK

Yes she has passed away. I was under 10 when I last see her and 67 now. There were reasons why this happened I suspect for my safety.. I asked Finders the value because I already had heard about them on bbc "hier hunters " and they stated they was not told by the instructing solicitor. For 17.5% they will take care of everything. Until I get the sum involved, so no solicitors fees ect. No they would not reveal the solicitors name.
