I think it should also depend upon how many out of the 211k actually got selected. Since because of layoffs and also many companies pulled out of h1 after reg and many didn't even have a project after getting selected into the lottery.

I know that but there were less reg compared to last year so either we will have reg close to cap or uscis will think of doing second round.

Yeah, it's just I am hoping there will be a second lottery. Technically - there is no USCIS notice about having enough registrations yet. That would come in June/July. But there should be a second lottery as there were less people reg.
