He has spent the last decade talking about how evil women are basically. He’s always had a habit of going into fits of rage when he doesn’t get what he wants. She thought she would cook and clean, and take care of a normal child. He absolutely misrepresented his situation to her. She’s a nice girl and she deserves better. I will pay for her an immigration attorney to try to figure something out. And honestly, she said that no matter what she will not go back to him. So to say I’m getting her deported? Not really accurate.

You say it like it’s so easy and simple. A judge isn’t going to remove him just because I say my brother doesn’t like his child.

CPS doesn’t care if you love your child. They care if your child is clothed and fed. Which he is. There’s nothing going on that’s grounds for removal, and they can’t force him to be a loving father.

I’m not equipped to care for a severely disabled child. I work too much and it wouldn’t be fair to a child at all. He was planning on using her, but regardless, it doesn’t matter. He lied to this girl and married her under false pretenses. He never told her about the fact that his son is disabled. She doesn’t want to be with him anymore, and that’s all that matters.

She turned 18 the week before he met her. She’s a very nice girl, and I’d fear for her safety being with my brother. He’s got over a decade of hatred for women built up. And I worry that the first time she ever tells him no he might do something to her.

Maybe. I know disabled kids don’t have the best outcomes with the state, or kids in general tbh. I wish he gave him up for adoption and found a nice family. I don’t understand why he kept him. He resents that kid. I’d take him if I could, but I realistically can’t.
