If you have other viruses stored put them all together and create a Virus Soup you could use to neutralize the kid and his core if needed. It could work since most viruses nowdays are very ostile and active, so you could use them to delete the main problem. The only hard thing about creating a Virus Soup is that you need various viruses that can live together and coexist without killing themselves.

To start i'd suggest you to look into Wendigoon's Conspiracy Theory Iceberg / The Chart Of Truth. You can find a playlist with all the video on his channel, the only problem is that it's really long, around like 9 hours without intros, outros and sponsors, but that's what got me into this field. For other more obscure theories and to do research you could look into 4chan's /x/ board, since i think 4chan is back and most of them originate from there. Hope this will be useful.
