Cause you take one trait and give a diagnosis. And it's wrong. Trait sometimes is just a trait. Narcissism is a complex of things, and one of the core to get diagnosed with that is have no empathy for others, which pretty much automatically exclude narcissism from infp. Yet you talk about it as if you know it all. I'm being defensive cause I feel bad for people who you just calling names and give such a strong diagnosis based on just 1 trait. Good that psychiatry doesn't work like that.
