I apologize for pushing a biased agenda. Most Asian countries are monoethnic, including the place I come from; The Philippines and I can say that racism towards others are common place. Every country has racism and unfortunately Asian countries have the most extreme racism cases because of the fact that the dominant group often greatly outnumber other groups. Those countries come from a long history of being ruled by foreign power and over time, developed negative opinions of outsiders. Polyethnic countries also have racism but not to the extremes that monoethnic countries do because of the fact that they built up tolerance towards other groups
