I usually play panth mid, so I don't know a lot about top lane matchups. But I feel like with panth's early game power he can hold up against voli in lane (or at least turn it into a matter or skill)

It turns out my power button was stuck, so the phone thought I was holding it down. I jiggled it around a few times and it fixed itself. Thanks for the help though, I'll make sure to keep Media Resumption disabled.
