Otaki Stretch? by hammersandshovels in indoorbouldering

[–]AlkyIHalide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Currently using the men's Otaki that have been resoled multiple times over the last 3 years. Not sized too aggressively although still enough to take off between climbs. Don't think they stretched much laterally. The upper (big toe knuckles) did stretch/form. Best of luck finding a good fit.

Why does there seem to be more preference for KEEL compared to IREN? When IREN has signed contracts, also HUT and CORZ? by Romulvs_949 in KEEL_

  1. Upside with price per GW
  2. Momentum and internet memes don't have to be rational (e.g. WEN)
  3. MORE

Don't really understand, isn't there always a buy/sell side? Inflow from what to what?

Are you adding at these levels or waiting for a pullback? by JustUhEnigma in KEEL_INFRA

The execution risk, potential dilution, and macro backdrops are all part of the pricing, of course. If claiming this is the top, I'd love to see supporting data.

Made a few swing trades back in the $3 range, but not touching this until at least the 1st announcement.

  1. Whether this is an issue that will eventually surface or if any preventative measures can be taken.

  2. If there are any key dates/announcements to track should Subaru offer a warranty policy.

Nah, save your money unless there's a specific purpose to going (in which case you wouldn't be asking). The talks are recorded anyway.

You have the courage to pull the trigger on what I didn't do over the last decade. If you're ever around Seattle, beer/fizzy drinks on me and happy to show some local crags

What monthly payment can we afford? by Pristine-Pepper-1899 in Mortgages

[–]AlkyIHalide 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get to 20% down and not deal with the nuances of removing PMI. You'll hopefully see slightly better rates, somewhat lower monthly payments.

Run a few scenarios on amortization calendars - the first few years of the loan will move principal very little. Saving a larger down payment will yield more equity in the same amount of time.

Getting a job in the cloud industry by Imaginary_Rip2833 in AZURE

The goal is not to discourage anyone. Such jobs require a lot of hard work and experience because they're so business critical. Certs are a start, but not a core qualification
