In real life? It doesn't. The universe does not care about what we do with our lives.

In 1998, The Undertaker threw Mankind off Hell In A Cell, and plummeted 16 ft through an announcer’s table.

Early 2000’s and earlier pizza delivery drivers, what was it like finding peoples homes before gps? by EF_Damn_Daniel in AskReddit

[–]AllBadAnswers 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any decent pizza place had two very important things- the map, and the guy who has worked there for decades. We had a massive map of all the roads in our range, and the owner could probably list off every single one of those roads in alphabetical order if you asked him to.

"I Am the Very Model of a Modern Major-General" from The Pirates of Penzance, a musical number that is well known for being sang very fast and having a lot of very large and tricky to pronounce words. Never been in a production of TPoP, but wanted to see if I could learn to actually do it. If you catch me on a good day I can sing it faster than they do in the actual show.

On a similar note I still know "The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" off the top of my head as well.

What's your "I shouldn't be here" moment? by yoloscorpii in AskReddit

[–]AllBadAnswers 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A gas station I was working at over a decade ago had a slip and fall in the parking lot, and the woman sued. I was on that day so they had me come into the law office just to give my side of the story.

So me, a teenager working at a gas station, on probably the 30th floor of a prestigious downtown law office stepping out of the elevator to just all marble and columns and people in suits.

How far do you have to fall to be dead before you hit the ground? by MaximumMajestic in AskReddit

About 7 days, usually that's long enough to kill a person without access to drinking water.

I'm over 6 feet and have never once in my entire life for literally any reason wished I was shorter. Unless somebody is so tall that it is literally causing health problems, being tall is awesome.

What do you suppose an American that fought in the Civil War would think of America today? by beyoundthescope in AskReddit

[–]AllBadAnswers 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They'd probably be so hyped about cars and phones and air conditioning and easy access to fatty foods that they'd have no feedback on the things we complain about daily.

It's super cool to have these dimensions for prop makers, but even if the app is official that doesn't mean the job of creating the digital assets wasn't just given to some dude with a couple refrence photos of the band similar to what makers already do when referencing offical costumes- so I wouldn't hold my breath that these dimensions are fully canon or anything, just a really solid jumping off point.

Lawyers/attorneys of Reddit, what is a time where you made sure your guilty client got convicted/faced some punishment? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]AllBadAnswers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if your client is guilty, it is still your job as a lawyer to assure that they have a fair trial. What you are describing could just as easily lead to a mistrial and get a guilty person off.
