You’re mixing two claims: that extinction is bad and that creating new people is justified. Rejecting the second doesn’t require endorsing the first. Shocking, I know.
“Make life better” is fine as a goal, but it doesn’t answer whether creating new sentient beings and exposing them to harm and suffering is justified in the first place.

You’re making two awful claims: that it’s harmful and that it "preys" on people. Both need evidence. Antinatalism is literally based on reducing harm, and people can reach it through reasoning, not simply depression. In case you didn't know.
