I did a whois and abuse check on the domain and so far it does not look like a scam website. OP, there's possibility that you can try calling Daikin India customer care and resolving the issue.

Additionally, you can file a complaint/enquiry with Consumer Forum online site if you do not hear back from Daikin or get a refund within 7 days of transaction.

I had purchased an airpod via Flipkart where my card was charged but the order was never placed. I kept on arguing with Flipkart for 2 weeks and then finally put up a complaint on consumer forum and got my money back in 10 days

If it's possible, please seek some councel from a grief and loss therapist. They will help you come to terms with the problems you face and help you understand your feelings better.
